Eethuis Sinbad

Eethuis Sinbad is a place outside the main city center known for its capsuleon, which is made of daughter meat covered with melty houda cheese, topped with veggies and dressed with garlic sauce and sambal, all served on a bed of fries. It's described as the Dutchest version of Middle Eastern meats on carbs and is considered comfort food, especially good for late-night snacks.
